Maintenance Plans
Our preventative maintenance plan includes comprehensive cleaning and testing to ensure that your HVAC system is running at top efficiency. Often, a unit’s capacity is reduced by dirty coils/filter or even faulty electrical components. Our technicians are well-trained on the subject of heating and cooling systems and are taught to spot and correct small issues before they become a major problem.
Regular maintenance will lead to improved capacity and efficiency and will also extend the life of your equipment. Under this maintenance plan, Advanced A/C & Electric, L.L.C. will provide regular annually inspections as well as the following services:
- Clean and adjust burner assembly (Gas)
- Clean ignition assembly (Gas)
- Inspect vent cap (Gas)
- Clean heat exchanger or elements (Gas)
- Monitor Flue draft (Gas)
- Adjust operating pressures
- Monitor starting capabilities
- Test safety controls
- Clean or replace filters (1 per unit)
- Clean and adjust blower components
- Check air flow
- Check electrical connections
- Measure volts/amps on motors
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Adjust thermostat calibration
- Clean evaporator coil if accessible
- Clean condenser coil
- Measure temperature difference
- Clean condensate drains*
